Can I request samples?

Sure. We know the feel and look it’s important so please do not hesitate to contact us at info@gemalia.es and let us know the reference number you are interested in.

When will I get my order?

We ship out Monday through Friday and delivery usually takes from 2 to 5 working days depending on the destination. Orders confirmed before 12pm usually ship out the same day.

Can I pay you a visit?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a showroom but we take part in a number of trade shows. We’ll keep you updated on our site.

Is there any difference betwen gemalia.com and gemalia.es?

Both of them are wholesale sites but they have different purchase conditions.

www.gemalia.com features our best prices for bigger quantities. The mínimum purchase required is 500€.

www.gemalia.es is the ideal site if you require smaller quantities for a large variety of products. The minimum purchase required is 100€ and we apply discounts depending on the purchase amount.

What if the product I want is out of stock?

We strive to have a wide availability. In the even of a break of stock, you can hold your order and sign up to get notified as son as that particular products is back in stock. Unfortunatley we cannot register back order.

Can I buy some products in smaller quantities?

Sure. Once you have reached the minimum purchase required of 500€ you can add other items in smaller quantities at gemalia.es prices. Please contact us at info@gemalia.es and let us know which ítems to add to your order.

Can I combine the delivery when placing two separate orders?

Yes. You can place one order at www.gemalia.com and another order at www.gemalia.es and we will combine the delivery in order to reduce shipping costs.
