This is a wholesale-only site.
You may register for a free account by completing and submitting the account registration form on our website and you will receive a user ID and password. You must keep your password confidential not allowing any other person to use your account to access the website.
You may cancel your account on our website using your account control panel.
Due to the open nature of this website, and the potential for errors in the storage and transmission of digital information, we do not warrant the accuracy of information obtained from this web site.
Characteristics such as changes in colour will not be considered defects. Indeed, they should be expected and appreciated. We carefully select our products, although their natural characteristics are unavoidable, and should be accepted as part of the product’s individual appearance.
Gemalia cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the contract undertaken in the event of stock shortage, non-availability of the product, disturbance with the transport services or force majeure.
All product orders are subject to their availability. Should there be unavailability of stock, we reserve the right to provide information on possible quality substitutions which you may order. If you do not choose to order these substitution products, we will refund the amount paid by yourself.
Gemalia provides an engraving service according to the customer’s artwork, examples or other instructions. The customer warrants that the production of the goods according to his instructions do not infringe any intellectual property rights of third parties.
Every piece is engraved in our studio using the latest laser technology. The outcome might vary slightly from one piece to another due to minor irregularities on the pieces.

PRICE AND TAXES
The minimum purchase required is 100€ VAT and shipping costs excluded.
All prices quoted on this website are VAT EXCLUDED bulk prices. Taxes will be applied during the check out process. 21% taxes are compulsory except in the following cases:
- When the billing address is not in a EU country.
- When the billing address is in a EU country and the business is registered with a valid intra-communitarian VAT number.

Customer remains responsible for all import taxes and duties if any.
Delivery time usually takes around 2-5 working days, depending on the destination. Unless otherwise noted, orders confirmed and paid before 12pm usually ship out the same day. A delay could happen due to the following reasons: product personalization, special articles, unforeseen circumstances, availability.
To ensure a safe delivery we recommend purchasing an insurance thar covers the full value of your goods. Without this insurance Gemalia could not take responsibility if your parcel was lost or stolen. Please, request this service when placing your order.
Please note that you bear the risk for the products you have ordered when the delivery is completed. If the packaging appears to be damaged, please do not accept the shipment. Upon receipt the shipment must be checked for accuracy and completeness.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
The customer is entitled to return any non-convenient item. Please contact us on the (+34)94.443.83.70 or at email@example.com within 14 natural days after reception of your order. Once we receive the returned item, we will register a credit to be deducted from your next order. The new order has to exceed the minimum purchase required at least on the total amount of the credit.
This credit is valid for 6 months. If you do not use your credit within this period it expires.
If your order contains damaged or faulty goods (other than the usual irregularities of a natural or handcrafted product) please contact us on the +34 94 443 83 70 or at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 natural days after reception of your order. The customer will be requested to provide photos clearly showing the defect. Based on these photos, Gemalia will inform at the earliest time by e-mail whether the defective product is to be repaired, replaced or refunded. Gemalia reserves the right to deny any return or reclamation and shall have no liability for damaged or faulty goods unless notification of such damage has been made within fourteen days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are at the expense of the client. Gemalia will only refund return shipping costs after the reclamation has been checked and accepted.
If the client agrees we will send the replacement item together with the next order because postage and handling are usually over the cost of the goods.
Gemalia trades natural and crafted products so pieces will not come out exactly the same and colours might vary depending on the dye lot.
Please note that actual colours may vary from pictures depending on your computer settings and the dye lot.
Outlet products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

CARE & CLEANING
We recommend our customers to store the items in an airtight plastic bag when not worn. Keep them away from direct light and air. Showcases and shop windows have an adverse effect on the items.
Silver plated components: to clean the silver plated components we recommend using a soft polishing cloth.
Gold colour components: to keep them at their best we recommend not to clean them.
Leather: It is recommended that you use hydrating cream (preferably perfume and colorant free) on your leather accessories every 2-3 months. Creams may alter the colour of the leather slightly.
Swarovski crystals: please use a soft cloth to clean crystals.
Please avoid exposing metal, leather, fabric and other materials to water. We suggest the user to remove it before carrying out potentially damaging activities, such as playing sports. Do not expose the jewelry to abrupt changes in temperature and try to avoid contact with cosmetics and household products, as they sometimes contain certain ingredients which may alter the colour of your jewelry.
