The customer is entitled to return any non-convenient item. Please contact us on the (+34)94.443.83.70 or at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 natural days after reception of your order. Once we receive the returned item, we will register a credit to be deducted from your next order. The new order has to exceed the minimum purchase required at least on the total amount of the credit. This credit is valid for 6 months. If you do not use your credit within this period it expires. Return shipping costs remain at the expenses of the client.
If your order contains damaged or faulty goods (other than the usual irregularities of a natural or handcrafted product) please contact us on the +34 94 443 83 70 or at email@example.com within 14 natural days after reception of your order. The customer will be requested to provide photos clearly showing the defect. Based on these photos, Gemalia will inform at the earliest time by e-mail whether the defective product is to be repaired, replaced or refunded. Gemalia reserves the right to deny any return or reclamation and shall have no liability for damaged or faulty goods unless notification of such damage has been made within fourteen days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are at the expense of the client. Gemalia will only refund return shipping costs after the reclamation has been checked and accepted.
If the client agrees we will send the replacement item together with the next order because postage and handling are usually over the cost of the goods.
Gemalia trades natural and crafted products so pieces will not come out exactly the same and colours might vary depending on the dye lot.
Please note that actual colours may vary from pictures depending on your computer settings and the dye lot.
Returns are not accepted on engraved items or ready-made jewelry. Being a personalized item we can only accept modifications or cancellations before you make your payment.
Outlet products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
